Sometimes shopping can present some challenges - finding your way around, looking for a specific store, searching for a money machine, or even looking for a lost child!  Where do we go for assistance? 

Northlands Shopping Centre has a Information Kiosk, which is conveniently located near centre court between Vodafone and the Sunglass Hut.  Friendly staff are available at all times during the centre's trading hours and are trained to assist you with enquiries, directions, community and transport information, lost and found, wheelchair and pram loan, Kiddy Car hire, and public announcements.  The Information Kiosk also has Ticketek facilities!!

Toilets

The centre's modern toilet facilities are conveniently located at both ends of the shopping centre. 

  • corridor behind the foodcourt; and
  • near the Warehouse between Whats Wild and Professionail

Parents Room and Child Facilities

Both toilet facilities feature parents rooms, equipped with:

  • changing facilities;
  • separate feeding cubicles;
  • microwaves; and
  • toddler's toilets - all provided for parents' convenience
