Walking Express members can enjoy walking without the hassle of a crowded shopping centre as Northlands Walking Express takes place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8am - 9am before the centre opens.

1. I declare that I am medically fit to take part in Northlands Walking Express program and have no existing medical conditions which may place myself at risk of injury.  The member will, for so long as membership continues, declare to Northlands any medical conditions which should otherwise have been advised on registration.  If you are unsure of your fitness please see your medical practitioner.
   
   
2. To the extend permitted by law, the facility - Northlands Shopping Centre and the Owner, Kiwi Income Property Trust shall not be liable or responsible to the member for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage to the member or the property of the member whatsoever and howsoever arising.
   
   
3. Registration into Walking Express authorises Northlands Shopping Centre to send information to that participant directly until that participant notifies Northlands Shopping Centre in writing that they no longer wish to receive such information. 
   
   Your registration to Northlands Walking Express is your consent that the personal information provided on the registration form will be held by Northlands Shopping Centre and may be used for promotional purposes.  You have certain rights under the Privacy Act 1993 including accessing and correcting your personal information held by Northlands Shopping Centre.  Any enquiries regarding this information should be directed to PO Box 5094, Christchurch, New Zealand.
   
   
4. I agree to follow the directions of the instructor and to comply with all rules set by Northlands Shopping Centre at all times throughout the sessions.
