HOW TO ENTER

SPEND $50 OR MORE ON A SINGLE DAY DURING THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD (EXCLUDING SUPERMARKETS), VISIT NORTHLANDS.CO.NZ TO ENTER THE DRAW OR PRESENT YOUR RECEIPT/S AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK.

 

Prize includes:

1 x weekend getaway to Hamner including the use of a Volvo XC40 Recharge, one night’s accommodation for two at Braemar lodge and the choice of either a dining or spa credit to the value of $200.

  2. The name of this “promotion” is Northlands Father’s Day Hanmer Getaway Promotion
  3. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  4. The promotion will be open from 10am on Tuesday 22 August 2023 to 6pm on Sunday 3 September 2023. The customer service desk is open to take entries from 9am – 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday and 9am – 9pm on Thursday and Friday. Entries can be submitted at any time during the promotional period at www.northlands.co.nz.
  5. Entry into this promotion is granted only by spending $50 or more at Northlands retailers in a single day (excluding Countdown and Pak’nSave” items).
  6. A Customer will only be entitled to enter the promotion one time a day with a spend of $50 each time.
  7. Receipts can be combined to reach the qualifying spend.
  8. Receipts must be dated within the campaign period.
  9. Entry into this promotion is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 15 years and over.
  10. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: Northlands Shopping Centre.
  11. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
  12. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  13. The promotion prize is 1 x weekend getaway to Hamner including the use of a Volvo XC40 Recharge for a maximum 72 hour period, one night’s accommodation for two at Braemar lodge valued at up to $300 and the choice of either a dining voucher or spa package valued at $200.
  14. The use of one Volvo XC40 vehicle is for a maximum 72 hour period and for a maximum kilometre allowance of 500 km. Booking dates to be confirmed in agreement with both the winner and Archibalds. Entrants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents. Vehicle must be collected from Archibalds in Christchurch and compensation will not be provided for any travel costs in getting to or from the dealership in order to collect and redeem the prize. Insurance will be provided by Archibalds. Winner is liable for insurance excess cost in the event of an incident. Drivers must be over the age of 25 and provide copies of driver’s licences prior to collection. This insurance excludes cover for personal items/effects being carried or stored within the vehicle. Repair costs for any damage or breakages to the vehicle deemed to be not road accident related, will be on-charged to the driver at the discretion of Archibalds. Actual vehicle may differ from those on display at the activation site
  15. The one nights accommodation at Braemar Lodge and dining or spa voucher   is to be booked by Northlands Shopping Centre at a mutually agreed time and date.Any value remaining after the weekend getaway will be forfeited by the winner. The accommodation and dining or spa voucher can only be redeemed at Braemar Lodge in Hanmer Springs.
  16. The Prize is not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and only one may be collected per customer. If, for any reason, outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, the prize is unable to be supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater cash value.
  17. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
  18. The prize winner/s are responsible for all other costs related to the prize. The prize is subject to additional terms and conditions of third party suppliers.
  19. For security reasons, the Promoter requires any winner to collect the prize from the relevant shopping centre customer service or information desk. The winner will be required to sign a form or enter their details into an iPad. The winner must provide photo ID, such as a NZ Drivers’ License, 18+ card or NZ Passport to collect their prize. The winner must collect during centre opening hours within 2 months of the draw date (clause 19). The Promoter will not be responsible for posting the prize.
  20. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  21. Any failure by the prize winner/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
  22. The winner must take part in all reasonable publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without compensation. The prize winner/s consent to the Promoter using their names and images in any promotional or advertising activity related to the promotion without compensation.
  23. One winner will be drawn on Monday 4th September 2023 via a random number generator. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form.
  24. The winner/s will be notified by phone call within 3 business days of the draw date. The prize winners’ name may be published on Kiwi Property’s website or social media.
  25. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify all prize winners. If a prize winner cannot be contacted by phone within 3 business days of the applicable draw, then the prize will be re-drawn.
  26. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  27. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
  28. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach for such representations or warranties.
  29. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  30. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
  31. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
