Holly’s Tips
1) Use white noise. Introduce under 12 months of age.
2) Have a dark sleep environment, 9/10 of darkness is ideal.
3) Use positive sleep associations – sleeping bag, comforters.
4) Be consistent with your sleep training method.
5) Use of Biological Nap Windows (9-10am and 12-2pm).
6) Swaddle until 4/5 months.
7) Early rising is often caused by overtiredness.
8) Have bedtime between 6-7pm, much after 7pm and your baby/child will be prone to becoming overtired.
