HOW TO ENTER
• Visit Northlands and spend $120 during the promotional period:
– Thursday September 10, 6pm-9pm
– Friday September 11, 6pm-9pm

– Thursday September 24, 6pm-9pm
– Friday September 25, 6pm-9pm
• Bring your receipt(s) to the Lucky Late Nights site and fill in the entry form on the iPad.
• Spin the winning wheel to reveal a prize category, Shop, Dine or Watch, which will be
matched to a corresponding prize on the prize wall.
• Win the corresponding prize, while stocks last.

1. The “Promoter” of this competition is Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland

2. The name of this “promotion” is 2026 Lucky Late Nights.
3. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms &
conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this
promotion.
4. The promotion will be open from 6pm Thursday September 10 2026 – 9pm Friday September 25, 2026
on Thursday and Fridays only.
5. Entry into this promotion is granted only by spending a minimum of $120 at Northlands during the
promotional period.
• Excludes spend or transactions at Woolworths, BNZ, ASB, Kiwi Bank, Lotus Foreign Exchange,
Travelex, Travel Money NZ, Flight Centre and all gift card purchases.
• Receipts can be combined but must be during the promotional period. Entrants must take
their physical receipts to the activation area in Northlands, situated in Centre Court, beside
Michael Hill to be verified by staff.
• The activation will be open on the following days to participate:
o every Thursday, Friday (within the promotional period): 6pm-9pm
• The customer must complete the entry form: first name, last name, date of birth, email
address, spend and store
• Once these steps have been completed, the entrant will spin the wheel to reveal a prize
category (Shop, Dine, Watch) which will be matched to a corresponding prize on the prize
wall.
6. Entry into this promotion is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 16 years and over,
unless accompanied by a consenting caregiver.
7. Entries are limited to one per customer.
8. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: Northlands.
9. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any
participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from Northlands, and their associated agencies
and companies, and their immediate family members.
10. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for nonreceipt for any reason of an entry.
11. The promotion prizes are Retailer gift cards and other prizes as specified in list above
• The gift card amounts are as follows; $10 x 145, $15 x 45, $20 x 170, $50 x 11, $100 x 6
• Maximum of one prize may be collected per person per day irrespective of additional
$120 purchases.
12. Prizes are limited in quantity.
13. Once all prizes have been claimed, the giveaway will end immediately without prior notice.
14. Winners must redeem gift cards before the expiry date
15. All Prizes are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and only one may be
collected per customer. If, for any reason, outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
prize is unable to be supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal
or greater cash value.
16. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any
applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
17. The prize winner/s are responsible for all other costs related to the prize. The prize is subject to
additional terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.
18. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The
Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has
breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
19. Any failure by the prize winner/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result
in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to
modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in
connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and
providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion.
This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or
interact with this promotion.
22. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties,
express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion
and will not be responsible for breach for such representations or warranties.
23. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will
be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s
privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any entrant has the right to
access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy
Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each
participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance
with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
24. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However,
the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
25. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through
the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not
limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
