Terms and Conditions

HOW TO ENTER

Visit Northlands and spend a minimum of $100 during the promotional period 9am Saturday 4 July 2026 – 5pm Friday 17 July 2026.

Bring your receipt(s) to the Boho Create Studio activation site and fill in the form on the iPad.

Receive a free customisable item, while stocks last:

  • Spend $100+: Choose one T-shirt or tote bag and customise your design on-site

PRIZES INCLUDE:

  1. The name of this promotion is Northlands Boho Create Studio Promotion July 2026.
  2. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  3. The promotion will be open for qualifying spend from Saturday 4 July 2026 – Friday 17 July 2026, with the Boho Create Studio activation operating Monday 6 July 2026 – Friday 17 July 2026, 11am–4pm daily.
  4. Entry into this promotion is granted only by spending a minimum of $100 at Northlands during the promotional period.
  • Excludes spend or transactions at Woolworths, BNZ, ASB, KiwiBank, Lotus Foreign Exchange, Travelex, Travel Money NZ, pop up stores and gift card purchases.
  • Receipts can be combined but must be during the promotional period. Entrants must take their receipts to the activation area in Northlands, situated beside Michael Hill, to be verified by staff.
  • The activation where you can claim and customise your item will be open on the following days to participate:
    • Monday 6 July – Friday 17 July 2026: 11am–4pm daily
  • The customer must complete the entry form: first name, last name, date of birth, email address, spend and store.
  • Once these steps have been completed, the entrant will receive one customisable item for their spend level and have the opportunity to customise their T-shirt or tote bag at the activation site using transfers (up to three) and other provided materials.
  • Design materials may not be removed from the activation site.
  1. Entry into this promotion is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 16 years and over, unless accompanied by a consenting caregiver.
  2. Entries are limited to one claim per customer per day.
  3. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centre for this promotion is: Northlands.
  4. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from the participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
  5. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  6. The promotion gifts are customisable T-shirts and tote bags.
  7. A maximum of one item may be claimed per person daily, irrespective of additional $100 purchases.
  8. Once all items have been claimed, the giveaway will end immediately without prior notice.
  9. All items are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and only one may be collected per customer. If, for any reason, outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, the item is unable to be supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different item of equal or greater cash value.
  10. The item values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in value.
  11. Participants are responsible for all other costs related to participation. The item is subject to additional terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.
  12. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  13. Any failure by a participant to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the item being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  15. The Promotor shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result of entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
  16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any item supplied as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
  17. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at kiwiproperty.com. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  18. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
  19. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
